How billing works

Charges explained before any work begins

Every visit starts with an on-site evaluation so we can see the plumbing issue for ourselves. Before any repair work commences, we confirm the scope with you verbally, so you know what the job involves and what it will cost.

Your invoice breaks each job down into its parts, so you can see exactly what each line item covers. Nothing is added to the scope without your agreement first.

What you pay for

Three distinct cost components

Each invoice separates the work into three clear parts, so you can tell apart the assessment, the replacement components, and the labor.

On-site inspection

The fee covers our on-site evaluation of the plumbing issue, so the cause is identified before any work is quoted or started.

Standard replacement parts

Where parts need replacing, you are charged for standard components, itemized on the invoice with the job they belong to.

Technical labor

Labor covers the time and skill needed to carry out the agreed scope, listed separately so you can see what each part of the job requires.
